ADMISSION PROCEDURES
Students who wish to be admitted to MIPHS and their parents must support the above purpose. MIPHS admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, -color, national, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and account programs, and SOCCER and other school-administered programs. However, the schools policy on age requirement for a given level is the most important requirement at the center of our admission policy.
- Thoroughly read the Handbook.
- All school fees must be paid according to plan or negotiate with registrar or authority before a student is permitted in class. The administration will NOT refund fees and/or requirements upon withdrawal.
- But same MAY be transferred to another relative attending the institution, the withdrawal must be done within one month after recitation lessons in school.
- All receipts issued to this effect must be presented to the Administration.
- Maretha School has an account with ECOBANK as such all fees including uniform should be paid at the bank.
- Upon Registration, Seventy—five percent (75%) of the tuition and fees MUST be paid.
- The balance (25 %) MUST be pad two (2) months after the date of registration, this balanced however can be paid in installments.
- Parents with three (3) students will be given ten percent (10%) discount on total cost of tuition for the three pupils.
- Parents with four (4) students or above will be given fifteen percent (15%) on total tuition cost for the three pupils.
- Students are expected to conform to the standards of good behavior at all times. They should show good taste in their class (uniform) for school and in their personal appearance.
- Only Day Care or Pre-Nursery students are required to wear ordinary color cloths during birthdays.
